I am a Georgia native, a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, and have lived in Cobb County since 1986. I am married to Cleveland Longmire and have two sons.
I became a real estate salesperson after working in the Healthcare industry for many years. I have also owned and managed several rental properties. My first full year as a real estate sales person, I became a member of the Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate Medallion Club (sold $2.3 million in a calendar year).
Whether representing Buyers or Sellers, I listen to your needs and desires. Every step of the way I am there to put together and hold together the transaction. This includes providing you with reputable home inspectors, pest inspectors, closing attorneys, home warranties, etc. These and other services are free to buyers. I am responsive to you and communicate with you regularly. My goal is to get you to closing quickly and smoothly.
